The Fresh Start Package

For downsizers, empty nesters, and those starting a new chapter in a smaller space

You've said goodbye to the family home — now it's time to say hello to a thoughtfully designed space that reflects who you are now. Whether you’re moving into a condo, apartment, or cozy single-family home, this package is tailored to help you create a warm, functional, and welcoming space where you can truly feel at home.

Deliverables:

  • Design consultation (90 minutes, in-home or virtual)

  • Full-room space planning and furniture layout

  • Selection of key furnishings, décor, and lighting

  • Colour palette and finishes guide

  • Styling and finishing touches (either in-person or styled guide)

  • Shopping list with links and/or purchase support

  • One revision round for selections

How It Works:

  1. We start with a discovery call to learn more about your new space and your vision.

  2. Next, we meet (in-person or zoom) for your design consultation and gather measurements and photos.

  3. You receive a tailored design plan with moodboards, product selections, and layout.

  4. You choose your level of involvement — DIY the shopping, or I can support implementation (additional fee)

  5. Optional styling day if you're local!

Sanctuary Refresh

Transform one room into a peaceful, wellness-inspired retreat that supports rest, reflection, and recharging.

Your home is your sanctuary — a place to relax, recharge, and make memories with the people you love. This package is ideal for those who want to refresh their space without a full renovation, blending beauty, comfort, and functionality with a modern coastal feel.

Deliverables:

  1. In-home or virtual consultation (60–90 mins)

  2. Space planning for 1–2 rooms

  3. Updated design selections for soft furnishings, paint, lighting, and accessories

  4. Styling plan or styling day (optional add-on)

  5. Custom “Relax & Enjoy” guide with your complete design plan

    Access to trusted trade referrals if needed

  1. We begin with a conversation about what’s working, what’s not, and how you want to feel in your space.

  2. I create a plan to enhance your home with finishes, furnishings, and layout suggestions.

  3. You implement the design at your own pace or with my help.

This package includes the most comprehensive design support. It’s ideal for those undergoing a major life transition (like downsizing or relocating) and needing a full room transformation from layout to final styling. It offers an in-depth consultation, detailed product sourcing, layout planning, and a higher level of implementation support. Think of it as a full design roadmap with clear guidance, even after we wrap.

🕊️ Sanctuary Refresh – Starting at $950

This is a mid-level refresh for clients who want a beautiful, calm space without starting from scratch. It includes space planning for one or two rooms, updated soft furnishings, and finishes—but without the full scope of sourcing or deep involvement of the Fresh Start Package. It’s a great fit if you want a gentle reset rather than a full reimagining.

🐚 Cozy & Coastal Room Makeover – Starting at $875

This is the most streamlined and flexible option, perfect for clients who want a quick win and a pulled-together look, but are comfortable executing the plan themselves. You’ll receive a cohesive design concept and shopping guide, with fewer deliverables than the other two packages—making it ideal for busy families or individuals wanting a low-pressure, stylish update.

For busy families or individuals who love a relaxed, modern coastal vibe

 Whether it's your family room, primary bedroom, or open-concept living space — you want something that looks put together but still feels like home. This package brings the cozy, functional, and welcoming energy you’ve been craving, with an easy, guided process that makes decisions feel fun, not stressful.

  • Room assessment & design questionnaire

  • One in-home or virtual design consultation

  • Design concept with furniture, accessories, and layout

  • Personalized shopping list with clickable links or local sourcing

  • Styling and finishing touches suggestions
