Hi! I’m Marsha Sefcik.

I’m based in Nova Scotia and work with homeowners in Halifax, Dartmouth, Truro, and Windsor, offering both in-home and virtual interior decorating services. I’m also a business strategist, systems specialist, and your go-to partner for creating a design business (and life) that feels as good behind the scenes as it looks on the surface.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in the design industry from every angle: running my own residential design studio, supporting designers across North America as a Senior Implementation Specialist with Studio Designer (formerly Mydoma), and coaching women in midlife who are ready to build design businesses rooted in joy, balance, and ease.

Through coaching, virtual admin support, Mydoma Studio setup, and strategic business guidance, I help you turn chaos into clarity and overwhelm into a plan.

I live in Nova Scotia with my family, where life is slow, salty, and inspired by the sea. I’m a mom of two teens — both in university and I’m navigating the bittersweet transition into empty-nest life.
