Hi! I’m Marsha Sefcik.
Helping designers and homeowners bring calm, clarity, and ease into the spaces they create and the businesses they run.
I’m based in Nova Scotia and work with homeowners in Halifax, Dartmouth, Truro, and Windsor, offering both in-home and virtual interior decorating services. I’m also a business strategist, systems specialist, and your go-to partner for creating a design business (and life) that feels as good behind the scenes as it looks on the surface.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in the design industry from every angle: running my own residential design studio, supporting designers across North America as a Senior Implementation Specialist with Studio Designer (formerly Mydoma), and coaching women in midlife who are ready to build design businesses rooted in joy, balance, and ease.

A Little More About Me
I live in Nova Scotia with my family, where life is slow, salty, and inspired by the sea. I'm a mom of two teens — both now in university — which means I'm in my own season of change, navigating the bittersweet shift into empty-nest life.
It's part of why the "season of life" piece of my work matters so much to me. I know what it's like to be rebuilding a business at the same time you're rebuilding everything else — routines, identity, what your days even look like. The business that worked for you five years ago isn't always the one that fits now, and I don't think anyone should have to figure that out alone.
