Hello, I'm Marsha.
I've spent nearly two decades helping people create homes they love, and somewhere along the way, I discovered that I enjoy helping other designers build their businesses just as much as I enjoy designing beautiful spaces.
My career has taken me from decorating homes to teaching, training, supporting creative entrepreneurs, and helping designers make sense of the often messy business side of doing what they love.
And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that there isn't one right way to create a beautiful home—or run a successful business.
I believe in listening first, asking good questions, and finding thoughtful solutions that feel right for the people I'm working with.
