A Blast from the Past

This client’s master bedroom was a time capsule to the 1980’s! Dark green carpet, tired and dated decor. We saved on our budget by keeping the bigger pieces of furniture in this space and focused our attention on new paint, wood floors and a fireplace (not seen). We then focused our attention on new textiles- window treatments, bedding and rugs. The only piece of furniture purchased for the space was the pair of wingback chairs in the sitting room. The bench at the foot of the bed was reupholstered in a pet friendly fabric as the client’s dog slept on the bench.
